Troy's Netspace Usage Meter

Overview
========
This is a usage meter for Netspace ADSL users. It was built because I could get
none of the available meters to work for me.

My usage meter is designed to give you an instant visible indicator of your
usage. It uses a tray icon to show you constantly what your peak (or standard)
usage is on. To quickly check Peak and OffPeak usage you simply click the icon
and the latest downloads are displayed, along with the option to adjust the
settings, view reports and close the application down.

This is a very early beta release. I have released this for early testing and
feedback. If you are using this and experience problems please send me an email
with the usagemeter.log file attached and a short story on your problem.


Usage
=====

Use the settings window to add your username and password, rollover date, and
plan. If you are interested the program generates a log in the install
directory. If you enable extra logging in the settings window it will generate
a novel for you :)

For more advanced users feel free to explore the userconfig.xml file. If you
break it, you can just run the program and re-save your settings.


Known Issues
============
1. There are no reports available yet. If you click on the "Reports" option
   nothing happens.
2. The export function is not yet working. (as above)
3. It does not yet archive past months usage xml files.
4. The popup menu does not disappear when you click away from it.
   (Will be fixed next release)
